Narrative:
I am required to work newly designed airspace that does not have proper frequency coverage. I am unable to provide separation to aircraft that are below 8000 ft. This new airspace has many very dangerous flaws. I have not received proper training and have told management of my position yet they are forcing myself and other controllers to work airspace that is unsafe.

Title: ZAU CTLR EXPRESSED CONCERN REGARDING NEW SECTORIZATION IMPLEMENTATION AND LACK OF TRAINING AND INFO ON THE SUBJECT CHANGE.
Narrative: I AM REQUIRED TO WORK NEWLY DESIGNED AIRSPACE THAT DOES NOT HAVE PROPER FREQ COVERAGE. I AM UNABLE TO PROVIDE SEPARATION TO ACFT THAT ARE BELOW 8000 FT. THIS NEW AIRSPACE HAS MANY VERY DANGEROUS FLAWS. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PROPER TRAINING AND HAVE TOLD MGMNT OF MY POS YET THEY ARE FORCING MYSELF AND OTHER CTLRS TO WORK AIRSPACE THAT IS UNSAFE.
