Narrative:
During taxi-in; a small maintenance tug vehicle raced between our moving aircraft and the marshaller. An abrupt stop was made to avoid a collision as the vehicle moved under the jetway at a speed too fast for the marshaler to stop it or our aircraft. This is the second occurrence within 30 days for me. We need to pay better attention to our operations to avoid a major avoidable accident on the ramp.
