Narrative:
At cruise #3 engine decided to wind down after muffled bang; slight yaw; loss of thrust. Normal egt; N1; N2; except ff did not decrease as egt; N1; N2 still had about 2500 P/H ff with #3 engine wind-milling. Performed appropriate checklists; attempted restart; successful but engine failed to maintain thrust and not response to throttle movement. Shut down and diverted to ZZZ. Safe flight and landing ZZZ.
