Narrative:
This reserve assignment on jan/xa/08 was given to me at XA54 and was the first of a week of assignments that left me totally fatigued. The next assignment was on jan/xb with a check-in at XB12 which means I have to wake up at XX00. My scheduled duty day was 12 hours 42 mins. Then at XW18 on jan/xe I was given check-in at XF50 but I could not fall back to sleep. I was reassigned continuously throughout the day and had an 11 hour 56 min duty day with only a 13 hour 9 min layover. The crew desk again woke me up at XC50 to reassign me to fly until XE00 that night. Then I was assigned a trip for jan/xg with a check-in at XI44 to work a 12 hour 22 min duty day with a layover of 15 hours 33 mins and then to work another duty day of 10 hours 17 mins. I do not function like a machine and to expect human beings to work like this is inhumane. Something needs to be done to prevent this abuse. I cannot be woken up in the middle of the night constantly and be expected to be safe at my job.
