I was working a combined sector radar position during moderate to extreme complexity. I issued a descent clearance to one four thousand; and aircraft read back one one thousand. Supplemental information from acn 794986: air carrier X was assigned 140 and pilot read back 110 and descended into ind approach's airspace.
