Narrative:
Situation happened due to computer outage and lack of personnel on mid-shift. Air carrier X out of atl may have entered jax center airspace west/O a radar handoff due to the NAS computer being shut down and the system on darc and only 2 controllers on shift and both too busy to help each other out.

Title: OPERATIONAL DEVIATION AS ACR WENT FROM ZTL TO ZJX AIRSPACE WITHOUT HANDOFF OR COORD.
Narrative: SITUATION HAPPENED DUE TO COMPUTER OUTAGE AND LACK OF PERSONNEL ON MID-SHIFT. ACR X OUT OF ATL MAY HAVE ENTERED JAX CENTER AIRSPACE W/O A RADAR HDOF DUE TO THE NAS COMPUTER BEING SHUT DOWN AND THE SYS ON DARC AND ONLY 2 CTLRS ON SHIFT AND BOTH TOO BUSY TO HELP EACH OTHER OUT.
