Narrative:
Was given flight briefing for flight to mkc; briefing included information that ppr was approved and confirmed. There was no information on the approved arrival time on the brief. After landing; the airport operation's staffer was chomping at the bit to run up the airstairs of the aircraft; in order to announce to the flight crew that they were in violation of the ppr arrival time and he immediately needed our pilot license numbers and contact information; so that he could report us. We landed at the time my airline operation's setup and told us to arrive. Evidently operations told mkc airport operations the wrong arrival time; so the airport fire department was not in place at the time of our actual arrival. Put the ppr arrival time next to the ppr approved notice.
