Narrative:
As we broke out the bottom of an overcast, flight visibility 1-2 mi, an small aircraft type aircraft, cream in color with red trim, appeared at our 2 O'clock position on a converging course. The AC ft made a left evasive turn passing within 50' vertical and 200' horizontal opp to our heading. Approach control and tower radar did not see the aircraft.

Title: NMAC IN TCA BETWEEN ACR-LGT ON APCH AND UNK-SMA.
Narrative: AS WE BROKE OUT THE BOTTOM OF AN OVCST, FLT VIS 1-2 MI, AN SMA TYPE ACFT, CREAM IN COLOR WITH RED TRIM, APPEARED AT OUR 2 O'CLOCK POS ON A CONVERGING COURSE. THE AC FT MADE A LEFT EVASIVE TURN PASSING WITHIN 50' VERT AND 200' HORIZ OPP TO OUR HDG. APCH CTL AND TWR RADAR DID NOT SEE THE ACFT.
