Narrative:
A mild incident occurred while landing at put-in-bay; ohio airport 3w2. No ATIS or ASOS are available at 3w2. I asked through unicom for an airport advisory twice and got no response. Another person was on board with me and both of us were unharmed. A plane that had just landed before us reported to me a very strong crosswind that almost pushed him off the runway. At the point of touchdown or soon thereafter; we experienced strong windshear. This pushed us back up in the air approx. 20 ft; then a strong gust of wind pushed the plane off the active runway to the left side of runway 21. We traveled in the grass and would have experienced a great deal less damage had a tuft of grass camouflaging some stones off the runway not been there. We hit the stones and were ok. The prop needs to be replaced and the usual tear down of the engine.
