Narrative:

Aircraft appearing to be small aircraft, single, passed from 4 O'clock high to 11 O'clock. We asked center if they saw him and they said no, but they did now, indicating 9200', which was very close to accurate. Aircraft was close enough to see north numbers, but passed so quickly only caught a 4 at the end.

Title: VFR SMA CROSSED THE FLT PATH OF SMT WITHIN 200'.

Narrative: ACFT APPEARING TO BE SMA, SINGLE, PASSED FROM 4 O'CLOCK HIGH TO 11 O'CLOCK. WE ASKED CENTER IF THEY SAW HIM AND THEY SAID NO, BUT THEY DID NOW, INDICATING 9200', WHICH WAS VERY CLOSE TO ACCURATE. ACFT WAS CLOSE ENOUGH TO SEE N NUMBERS, BUT PASSED SO QUICKLY ONLY CAUGHT A 4 AT THE END.
