Narrative:
On takeoff and during climb out we received a low oil pressure warning and aural message. I was the pilot flying and captain was pilot monitoring. After running the QRH checklists and shutting down the right engine we declared an emergency and told the tower we wanted to return and land. The captain finished up the normal checklists and we set up to shoot the ILS to runway 33. The captain talked to the flight attendant and let her know what had happened and that we were going to return and land. He then made an announcement to the passengers and reassured them. We flew the published ILS and broke out about 1200' or so and landed uneventfully. Taxied back to the gate and deplaned.
