Narrative:
During climb out; at FL190; we got a 'hydraulic ovht rsvr Y' system ECAM. We contacted ATC; spoke to maintenance and dispatch; and determined the safest course of action was to return the field. I declared an emergency and we did a cabin advisory. ECAM and flight handbook were followed per air carrier procedures. We performed a normal landing and taxied to the gate where the airplane was secured.
