Narrative:
Just prior to taxi to runway 15; ATC informed us to make certain we stay on C. I thought that was an odd clearance until I approached runway 15. It appears the signage is confusing and the taxi lines are extremely faded. As a result; I made a slight turn on K and realized I made a mistake. I notified ATC and they informed us to make a 180 and taxiway C was just to our right along with the hold short lines for runway 15. It looks very simple on the airport diagram; however; where taxiways C and K intercept; it is almost not noticeable. I recommend they repaint the hold short lines and a new taxi sign where K and C intercept just to the right of K. I believe when ATC made the comment to make sure you stay on C; it is now obvious this has happened several times in the past.
