Narrative:
EICAS message right hydraulic qty appeared. Checked status page; showed right hydraulic quantity at 0.48. Also noticed center hydraulic quantity reading at 0.78. Followed QRH procedures on page hydraulic-4. Turned off right right primary & demand pumps. Initiated air turn back to our departure airport with ATC clearance. Alerted dispatch and maintenance about problem. About forty five minutes later; the center hydraulic quantity had dropped to 0.68. As a precaution we also shut off the center hydraulic pumps. We declared an emergency with ATC. Also used QRH procedures. Made normal landing with emergency equipment standing by. It appeared hydraulic fluid was leaking from right main gear. Airport emergency noticed smoke coming from right gear. We deplaned passengers with air stairs due to the hydraulic leak as per request of airport. Note: on pre flight hydraulic quantities read as follows: left 0;98 center 0;97 right 1.10

Title: A B767-300 EICAS alerted R HYD QTY so the crew began a return to the departure airport. A while later the Center hydraulic quantity began dropping so an emergency was declared and after landing hydraulic fluid was seen on the right landing gear.
