Narrative:
Northbound over hudson river at 150TH st. Passenger felt ill. While helping passenger aircraft climbed 100' into TCA. Returning to caldwell, caldwell tower advised straight in entry for 22. Then a few minutes later he requested be advised over route 80. At entry tower advised that entry was left base for 22, instead of straight in for 22.

Narrative: NBOUND OVER HUDSON RIVER AT 150TH ST. PASSENGER FELT ILL. WHILE HELPING PASSENGER ACFT CLIMBED 100' INTO TCA. RETURNING TO CALDWELL, CALDWELL TWR ADVISED STRAIGHT IN ENTRY FOR 22. THEN A FEW MINUTES LATER HE REQUESTED BE ADVISED OVER ROUTE 80. AT ENTRY TWR ADVISED THAT ENTRY WAS LEFT BASE FOR 22, INSTEAD OF STRAIGHT IN FOR 22.
