Narrative:
Northbound over hudson river at 150TH st. Passenger felt ill. While helping passenger aircraft climbed 100' into TCA. Returning to caldwell, caldwell tower advised straight in entry for 22. Then a few minutes later he requested be advised over route 80. At entry tower advised that entry was left base for 22, instead of straight in for 22.
