Narrative:
Sadde 4 arrival, 5 mi from runway 24R on right base leg heading 160 degrees with several 121 carriers given as traffic. Also given an air carrier widebody transport on final to runway 25L. He crossed at 12 O'clock, approximately same altitude. We were not cleared for approach or given an intercept heading for localizer 24R. Radio too congested to break in and advise ATC. We were finally given an intercept heading for 24R as we approached the 25L localizer, turning within 1-2 mi behind air carrier widebody transport on final to 25L.

Title: ACR-MLG CROSSED THROUGH FINAL APCH AND CONFLICTED WITH AN ACR-WDB LNDG ON A PARALLEL RWY.
Narrative: SADDE 4 ARR, 5 MI FROM RWY 24R ON RIGHT BASE LEG HDG 160 DEGS WITH SEVERAL 121 CARRIERS GIVEN AS TFC. ALSO GIVEN AN ACR WDB ON FINAL TO RWY 25L. HE CROSSED AT 12 O'CLOCK, APPROX SAME ALT. WE WERE NOT CLRED FOR APCH OR GIVEN AN INTERCEPT HDG FOR LOC 24R. RADIO TOO CONGESTED TO BREAK IN AND ADVISE ATC. WE WERE FINALLY GIVEN AN INTERCEPT HDG FOR 24R AS WE APCHED THE 25L LOC, TURNING WITHIN 1-2 MI BEHIND ACR WDB ON FINAL TO 25L.
