Narrative:
After pushback and disconnect we started to taxi when air carrier X pushed back a widebody transport. They pushed back too far to let us taxi behind so we taxied between them and another aircraft at the gate. Clearance was approximately 40' on each wing tip. Their ground crew was still connected and pushing the aircraft back. When we called in our out times to air carrier X (they handle us at this city) they were upset that we endangered their ground crew. There was never anytime that the ground crew was in any danger whatsoever. I believe that this harassment comes from the fact that their flight is a competing flight and their company is presently on an intense campaign to financially damage my airline along the same line as they did to air carrier Y. They purposely tried to block our departure and were upset when they gave us adequate room to taxi past.

Title: ACR-MLG IN HURRY TO DEPART TAXIED BETWEEN PUSHED BACK ACR-WDB AND TERMINAL GATE.
Narrative: AFTER PUSHBACK AND DISCONNECT WE STARTED TO TAXI WHEN ACR X PUSHED BACK A WDB. THEY PUSHED BACK TOO FAR TO LET US TAXI BEHIND SO WE TAXIED BTWN THEM AND ANOTHER ACFT AT THE GATE. CLRNC WAS APPROX 40' ON EACH WING TIP. THEIR GND CREW WAS STILL CONNECTED AND PUSHING THE ACFT BACK. WHEN WE CALLED IN OUR OUT TIMES TO ACR X (THEY HANDLE US AT THIS CITY) THEY WERE UPSET THAT WE ENDANGERED THEIR GND CREW. THERE WAS NEVER ANYTIME THAT THE GND CREW WAS IN ANY DANGER WHATSOEVER. I BELIEVE THAT THIS HARASSMENT COMES FROM THE FACT THAT THEIR FLT IS A COMPETING FLT AND THEIR COMPANY IS PRESENTLY ON AN INTENSE CAMPAIGN TO FINANCIALLY DAMAGE MY AIRLINE ALONG THE SAME LINE AS THEY DID TO ACR Y. THEY PURPOSELY TRIED TO BLOCK OUR DEP AND WERE UPSET WHEN THEY GAVE US ADEQUATE ROOM TO TAXI PAST.
