Narrative:

The problem arose by reportedly flying too low over a congested area and buzzing a house. The local airport was informed by local residents phoning in complaints. I am unsure of any corrective action that will be taken, other than to not do it again. The judgement, decision to buzz the house was clearly poor; however, all precautions to avoid traffic, prevent engine failure and remain clear of the air traffic area were taken--from performing prelndg checklist, monitoring tower frequency, and visually measuring distance from airport. Action has been to prepare a full written report of the incident and submit it to my home airport.
