Narrative:
On engine runup for takeoff #2 engine had a compressor stall. Takeoff was on runway 13 wind was 060 degrees at 17 KTS. Air/ground speed was less than 60 KTS. Taxied clear of runway. Engine INS checked normal followed by a normal takeoff. Compression stall due to crosswind condition.
