Narrative:

I requested the ILS DME approach 10 DME north of the airport. We were at 9000'. I proceeded direct to drake VOR, then off the 061 degree right. I intercepted the localizer and tracked outbnd. I did the procedure turn and reported at 10 DME. Then the tower told me to report humty inbound. My flight partner idented an small aircraft Y passing beneath us from right to left, crossing perpendicular within 100' vertical distance and 0' horizontal. We reported this to the tower and the tower asked us to report our position.
