Narrative:
After copying the descent WX from nashville ATIS we received a radio call from center asking if we were flying the longe one arrival for bna. After crossing iiu VOR a course change was not made by the captain to track the 219 degree radial. Ny navigation radio and HSI were set for the inbound radial to bna to identification the longe intx (354 degree). After correcting the aircraft heading to intercept the 219 degree radial, I told center we were making the correction. This was completed about 10 mi southwest of the VOR. We joined the longe arrival and proceeded to bna. This was the last trip of a 4 day trip with a relatively short rest period the night before. Fatigue was definitely a contributing factor to the inattn of the captain. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: reporter described the rest provided by his air carrier which caused both pilots to suffer from fatigue on this trip. He said he brought the error to the captain's attention just before ATC called to ask them about their heading.

Title: FLC FLEW WRONG RADIAL OUT OF IIU ON THE LONGE ONE ARRIVAL.
Narrative: AFTER COPYING THE DSNT WX FROM NASHVILLE ATIS WE RECEIVED A RADIO CALL FROM CTR ASKING IF WE WERE FLYING THE LONGE ONE ARR FOR BNA. AFTER XING IIU VOR A COURSE CHANGE WAS NOT MADE BY THE CAPT TO TRACK THE 219 DEG RADIAL. NY NAV RADIO AND HSI WERE SET FOR THE INBND RADIAL TO BNA TO ID THE LONGE INTX (354 DEG). AFTER CORRECTING THE ACFT HDG TO INTERCEPT THE 219 DEG RADIAL, I TOLD CTR WE WERE MAKING THE CORRECTION. THIS WAS COMPLETED ABOUT 10 MI SW OF THE VOR. WE JOINED THE LONGE ARR AND PROCEEDED TO BNA. THIS WAS THE LAST TRIP OF A 4 DAY TRIP WITH A RELATIVELY SHORT REST PERIOD THE NIGHT BEFORE. FATIGUE WAS DEFINITELY A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR TO THE INATTN OF THE CAPT. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH REPORTER REVEALED THE FOLLOWING: RPTR DESCRIBED THE REST PROVIDED BY HIS ACR WHICH CAUSED BOTH PLTS TO SUFFER FROM FATIGUE ON THIS TRIP. HE SAID HE BROUGHT THE ERROR TO THE CAPT'S ATTN JUST BEFORE ATC CALLED TO ASK THEM ABOUT THEIR HDG.
