Narrative:
I am enclosing airport layout. Ground control cleared me to taxi from gate A1 to runway 33. I proceeded down ramp going west alongside of runway 26, then at base of tower I turned south along runway 33. The ramp gets narrow and I stopped short of end of runway 33 so as not to have a wing over runway. At this point the tower told me to turn left and get close to gate as he said he thought my wing was over runway. We waited while several aircraft took off on runway 15 then were cleared into position for takeoff. I called tower for explanation. He said proper way is to hold at base of tower where there are hold lines, but he admitted they are faded out. I did not see hold lines, and the clearance says to taxi to runway 33. Nothing in my airport pages addresses this airport and taxiing to runway 33. The tower needs to change their instructions, lines need painting and airport information in approach pages needs to be inserted.

Title: MLG TAXIING WEST TO RWY 33 STOPPED WHERE ACFT WAS CLEAR OF RWY BUT TWR HAD CAPT MOVE ACFT CLOSER TO GATES. ARPT CHART NOT CLEAR AS TO WHERE ACFT SHOULD HOLD. HOLD LINES FADED.
Narrative: I AM ENCLOSING ARPT LAYOUT. GND CTL CLRED ME TO TAXI FROM GATE A1 TO RWY 33. I PROCEEDED DOWN RAMP GOING W ALONGSIDE OF RWY 26, THEN AT BASE OF TWR I TURNED S ALONG RWY 33. THE RAMP GETS NARROW AND I STOPPED SHORT OF END OF RWY 33 SO AS NOT TO HAVE A WING OVER RWY. AT THIS POINT THE TWR TOLD ME TO TURN LEFT AND GET CLOSE TO GATE AS HE SAID HE THOUGHT MY WING WAS OVER RWY. WE WAITED WHILE SEVERAL ACFT TOOK OFF ON RWY 15 THEN WERE CLRED INTO POS FOR TKOF. I CALLED TWR FOR EXPLANATION. HE SAID PROPER WAY IS TO HOLD AT BASE OF TWR WHERE THERE ARE HOLD LINES, BUT HE ADMITTED THEY ARE FADED OUT. I DID NOT SEE HOLD LINES, AND THE CLRNC SAYS TO TAXI TO RWY 33. NOTHING IN MY ARPT PAGES ADDRESSES THIS ARPT AND TAXIING TO RWY 33. THE TWR NEEDS TO CHANGE THEIR INSTRUCTIONS, LINES NEED PAINTING AND ARPT INFO IN APCH PAGES NEEDS TO BE INSERTED.
