Narrative:
During taxi out we obtained a clearance and local traffic advisories from MSL FSS. Winds were 010-7 so we elected to to use runway 11 to reduce taxi time since we were given a clearance void time of am:53 local and time was am:50 local. FSS gave local traffic advisories of an small aircraft a on final runway 29 and an small aircraft B in the pattern touch and go runway 36. As the small aircraft a cleared the runway at midpoint we taxied into position runway 11. Just prior to taking position the captain said he saw the small aircraft B climbing out from runway 36. I was the PNF and we had a company check airman on the jumpseat giving us a standardization chkride. I made local traffic advisory radio calls and visly cleared the area and we began our takeoff roll. Shortly after lift off the captain asked me if I had seen anything. I responded that I saw nothing and he went on to say he thought he might have seen something out the right window but was not sure. After landing in atl the captain asked the F/a if she had seen anything when we were departing MSL. She said she did see an aircraft go over the top of us at MSL from right to left as we departed MSL. She was unsure of how close it was. At no time did we hear any traffic calls from the small aircraft B. We can only assume there might have been another aircraft in the pattern for runway 36 since the one we saw could not have completed the pattern so quickly.

Title: POTENTIAL CRITICAL GND CONFLICT AS UNKNOWN VFR TRAFFIC IN AREA MAKES A LNDG AND TKOF IN CROSSING TRAFFIC ON A MULTIPLE RWY OPERATION INTERSECTING RWYS.
Narrative: DURING TAXI OUT WE OBTAINED A CLRNC AND LCL TFC ADVISORIES FROM MSL FSS. WINDS WERE 010-7 SO WE ELECTED TO TO USE RWY 11 TO REDUCE TAXI TIME SINCE WE WERE GIVEN A CLRNC VOID TIME OF AM:53 LCL AND TIME WAS AM:50 LCL. FSS GAVE LCL TFC ADVISORIES OF AN SMA A ON FINAL RWY 29 AND AN SMA B IN THE PATTERN TOUCH AND GO RWY 36. AS THE SMA A CLRED THE RWY AT MIDPOINT WE TAXIED INTO POS RWY 11. JUST PRIOR TO TAKING POS THE CAPT SAID HE SAW THE SMA B CLBING OUT FROM RWY 36. I WAS THE PNF AND WE HAD A COMPANY CHK AIRMAN ON THE JUMPSEAT GIVING US A STANDARDIZATION CHKRIDE. I MADE LCL TFC ADVISORY RADIO CALLS AND VISLY CLRED THE AREA AND WE BEGAN OUR TKOF ROLL. SHORTLY AFTER LIFT OFF THE CAPT ASKED ME IF I HAD SEEN ANYTHING. I RESPONDED THAT I SAW NOTHING AND HE WENT ON TO SAY HE THOUGHT HE MIGHT HAVE SEEN SOMETHING OUT THE R WINDOW BUT WAS NOT SURE. AFTER LNDG IN ATL THE CAPT ASKED THE F/A IF SHE HAD SEEN ANYTHING WHEN WE WERE DEPARTING MSL. SHE SAID SHE DID SEE AN ACFT GO OVER THE TOP OF US AT MSL FROM R TO L AS WE DEPARTED MSL. SHE WAS UNSURE OF HOW CLOSE IT WAS. AT NO TIME DID WE HEAR ANY TFC CALLS FROM THE SMA B. WE CAN ONLY ASSUME THERE MIGHT HAVE BEEN ANOTHER ACFT IN THE PATTERN FOR RWY 36 SINCE THE ONE WE SAW COULD NOT HAVE COMPLETED THE PATTERN SO QUICKLY.
