Narrative:
Atx X was released for departure of jhw. I missed part of his readback and he stated runway 25. I thought the pilot was departing of runway 7. Atx Y was inbound to jhw for runway 7. Atx X ended up 500' and 5 mi from atx Y for a non-radar departure I needed to ensure sep by placing atx X on a departure heading and did not do so. From now on I will listen to the readbacks more closely.
