Narrative:
Once again the aft jump-seat harness was installed incorrectly. This has been going on for a few years now and whoever is changing the middle bolt is the one who is installing it incorrectly as the mechanics no longer unclip and reinstall it correctly. I have written this up in the past and they said they were going to send out a work order. I would like to know why this is still happening???
