Narrative:

Had RA on TCASII for 1500 FPM dive. Got 'clear of conflict' when we had lost 500 ft of altitude. Reported to ftw center we had descended 500 ft and we returned to FL240. Suspect fgt aircraft made a dive past us since the symbology went from 6000 ft above at 2 O'clock to below at 7 O'clock in a matter of seconds.

Narrative: HAD RA ON TCASII FOR 1500 FPM DIVE. GOT 'CLR OF CONFLICT' WHEN WE HAD LOST 500 FT OF ALT. RPTED TO FTW CTR WE HAD DSNDED 500 FT AND WE RETURNED TO FL240. SUSPECT FGT ACFT MADE A DIVE PAST US SINCE THE SYMBOLOGY WENT FROM 6000 FT ABOVE AT 2 O'CLOCK TO BELOW AT 7 O'CLOCK IN A MATTER OF SECONDS.
