Narrative:
Sfo SID requires 3000 ft altitude by 6 DME sfo. Our departure route took us over oak. TA by TCASII system diverted our attention from flying the prescribed SID. The TCASII alert was for the same aircraft that bay departure was concerned about. Our altitude at 6 DME sfo was 2700 ft. Aircraft was in sight at all times.
