Narrative:
I was vectoring for sequencing to atl. Aircraft was and on a vector that I thought would take him behind the learjet. I was involved with a few other aircraft and conflict alert went off. I turned both aircraft an additional 20 degrees each. Ended up with 4.2 horizontal and 300 ft.

Title: LOSS OF SEPARATION WHEN ATL APCH CTLR IS DISTR.
Narrative: I WAS VECTORING FOR SEQUENCING TO ATL. ACFT WAS AND ON A VECTOR THAT I THOUGHT WOULD TAKE HIM BEHIND THE LEARJET. I WAS INVOLVED WITH A FEW OTHER ACFT AND CONFLICT ALERT WENT OFF. I TURNED BOTH ACFT AN ADDITIONAL 20 DEGS EACH. ENDED UP WITH 4.2 HORIZ AND 300 FT.
