Narrative:

Air carrier X was nebound level at 11000. Traffic was issued on a VFR aircraft wbound at 11000 (above the TCA). Air carrier X advised he was complying with a TCASII alert and had descended. His altitude at the lowest point showed 10300 ft. I issued air carrier Y at his 4 O'clock 3 mi wbound out of 8700 climbing to 10000. Air carrier X then said he had a TCASII alert and was climbing. Air carrier Y was about 9300 ft and 2 mi with diverging courses. Traffic was heavy at the time and I did not see how high air carrier X climbed if he did at all due to overlapping data tags.
