Narrative:
Taxiing into oak ramp area, we were assigned by company nosedock #2, upon entering ramp area a green light was observed above our gate telling us ground support was ready for us to taxi in. We signalled to marshaller and he began to wave us in with wands. Approximately 10 ft from final block in point we felt a bump on aircraft, marshaller continued to signal us into gate, never even slowing wand rate. I flashed the taxi light to marshaller to signal him to check the area. He came back turned nosedock light to red and signaled a shutdown. We performed a engine shutdown checklist and terminating checklist. Upon opening main entry door it was apparent the left wing had struck the railing of a loader with the railing embedded approximately 2 ft into leading edge of wing. The strike point was approximately 5 ft inboard from wing tip on leading edge. On this ramp there are no 'foul' lines painted to alert crew of hazards in the way, we are totally dependent on ground personnel for marshalling in. The crew was extremely fatigued having started the previous evening at XXXX and flown all night, arrived oak approximately XA30 am local. Ground personnel also could not see wing tip as building construction prevents the view. In an large transport the wing tips not visible from cockpit. Wing spar is what stopped aircraft forward movement and slow taxi speed.

Title: LGT BEING MARSHALLED INTO PARKING HAS WING TOP HIT LOADER.
Narrative: TAXIING INTO OAK RAMP AREA, WE WERE ASSIGNED BY COMPANY NOSEDOCK #2, UPON ENTERING RAMP AREA A GREEN LIGHT WAS OBSERVED ABOVE OUR GATE TELLING US GND SUPPORT WAS READY FOR US TO TAXI IN.
