Narrative:
We were being marshalled in by company personnel to our gate. After parking, agent said we had rubbed against a baggage cart. Upon inspection we found right engine nacelle had rubbed against rubber corner of baggage cart. Our company just changed who directs aircraft into gate. The old ones were skilled labor, the new ones are unskilled and pay little attention to job.
