Narrative:
We were leveling at 14000 ft on descent into orf. There was an light transport aircraft climbing rapidly out of orf. We got a TCASII warning of 'traffic, traffic' TA then got a command from TCASII RA to 'climb, climb, now,' followed by a 'monitor vertical speed.' we climbed to perhaps 14300 ft. No comment was made by ATC. The rest of the flight continued on uneventful.
