Narrative:
Received TCASII RA unable to acquire target visually. Captain initiated climb, as commanded by TCASII to 24600 ft MSL. We advised ATC and they confirmed traffic in our area was climbing to FL230 but that there was no conflict.

Title: POTENTIAL CONFLICT INDICATED BY RPTR IN ALTDEV ALT EXCURSION AFTER RECEIVING TCASII RA AND PERFORMING AN EVASIVE ACTION CLB.
Narrative: RECEIVED TCASII RA UNABLE TO ACQUIRE TARGET VISUALLY. CAPT INITIATED CLB, AS COMMANDED BY TCASII TO 24600 FT MSL. WE ADVISED ATC AND THEY CONFIRMED TFC IN OUR AREA WAS CLBING TO FL230 BUT THAT THERE WAS NO CONFLICT.
