Narrative:
During climb out ny departure control instructed our aircraft to turn left to 270 degrees (from 340 degrees). We received a TCASII RA 'decrease climb' passing 14000 ft about 20 degrees into turn. Reduced climb, leveled wings and observed small single engine propeller 1130-12 O'clock moving right to left (ssw heading) about 14500 ft. Advised departure control.

Title: FLC OF AN LGT ACR ACFT TOOK EVASIVE ACTION IN RESPONSE TO A TCASII RA.
Narrative: DURING CLBOUT NY DEP CTL INSTRUCTED OUR ACFT TO TURN L TO 270 DEGS (FROM 340 DEGS). WE RECEIVED A TCASII RA 'DECREASE CLB' PASSING 14000 FT ABOUT 20 DEGS INTO TURN. REDUCED CLB, LEVELED WINGS AND OBSERVED SMALL SINGLE ENG PROP 1130-12 O'CLOCK MOVING R TO L (SSW HDG) ABOUT 14500 FT. ADVISED DEP CTL.
