Narrative:
Was issued a visual approach clearance for runway 18L at tulsa. First officer was flying aircraft and turned onto final approximately 4 mi out at 1200-1400 ft AGL. Tower advised us that an small transport would be on approach for runway 18R. Very shortly thereafter, TCASII issued an RA to monitor vertical speed and indicated a further descent. I saw the small transport through the first officer overhead eyebrow windows descending toward us. The TCASII continued the RA and the small transport came to within 300 ft according to the readout on the TCASII. We executed a 45 degree left turn to provide separation and then a missed approach.

Title: FLC OF AN LGT ACR ACFT TOOK EVASIVE ACTION AND MADE A MISSED APCH DURING A VISUAL APCH.
Narrative: WAS ISSUED A VISUAL APCH CLRNC FOR RWY 18L AT TULSA. FO WAS FLYING ACFT AND TURNED ONTO FINAL APPROX 4 MI OUT AT 1200-1400 FT AGL. TWR ADVISED US THAT AN SMT WOULD BE ON APCH FOR RWY 18R. VERY SHORTLY THEREAFTER, TCASII ISSUED AN RA TO MONITOR VERT SPD AND INDICATED A FURTHER DSCNT. I SAW THE SMT THROUGH THE FO OVERHEAD EYEBROW WINDOWS DSNDING TOWARD US. THE TCASII CONTINUED THE RA AND THE SMT CAME TO WITHIN 300 FT ACCORDING TO THE READOUT ON THE TCASII. WE EXECUTED A 45 DEG L TURN TO PROVIDE SEPARATION AND THEN A MISSED APCH.
