Narrative:
Descending into dtw on air carrier flight from msn-dtw, a passenger was having an apparent heart attack. A doctor on board recommended an immediate landing. We declared a medical emergency approximately 40 mi northwest of dtw and received immediate priority handling. We exceeded the 250 KT airspeed limit below 10000 ft in order to expedite medical attention.

Narrative: DSNDING INTO DTW ON ACR FLT FROM MSN-DTW, A PAX WAS HAVING AN APPARENT HEART ATTACK. A DOCTOR ON BOARD RECOMMENDED AN IMMEDIATE LNDG.
