Narrative:
The incident occurred during approach to landing while I was flying skydivers in twin otter. I entered a 45 for the left traffic runway 34 at yolo airport. Runway 34 is the calm wind runway and the winds were calm. I had flown the same pattern 8 times so far today. As I turned on the 45 my copilot and I noticed an airplane that appeared to be in a close-in pattern to 34. All attempts to contact him by radio failed so I entered a wide left downwind. As I neared the base turn, I noticed the airplane had not landed on runway 34 but 16. He then made a touch and go on runway 16 and was coming towards me. We both saw each other and he made a right turn and passed behind me. Seeing that there was no danger, I turned final and landed without incident. I did not know it at the time but he turned behind me and landed, cutting off another airplane in the pattern. The owner of the other airplane came over to me as I fueled my airplane and told me I cut him off in the pattern. I informed him that runway 34 was active but he did not want to listen. A heated argument on his part then ensued.
