Narrative:
At approximately 50 KTS on the takeoff roll the wheel not turning light illuminated. I aborted the takeoff. We taxied off the runway -- conferred with maintenance via radio and returned to the ramp. I recorded the discrepancy in the E-6 log and maintenance was performed on the aircraft. The E-6 was signed off by maintenance. We refueled and departed lga with no further problems.
