Narrative:

Our aircraft was cleared into position and hold. Cvg tower took back that clearance after we had passed the hold short line by 30 ft . We stated this to tower and he proceeded to land another emb-120. We thought we were in violation so we stated again we were way passed the hold short line. Tower landed a bizjet then we were cleared to takeoff. The crew was well rested and aware of the entire situation. We felt in danger with nothing we could do. We could not call a go around for aircraft in the air. We could not back up. We could not taxi onto runway. We had no control of a bad situation.

Title: LNDG ON OCCUPIED RWY - GND HOLDING POS.

Narrative: OUR ACFT WAS CLRED INTO POS AND HOLD. CVG TWR TOOK BACK THAT CLRNC AFTER WE HAD PASSED THE HOLD SHORT LINE BY 30 FT . WE STATED THIS TO TWR AND HE PROCEEDED TO LAND ANOTHER EMB-120. WE THOUGHT WE WERE IN VIOLATION SO WE STATED AGAIN WE WERE WAY PASSED THE HOLD SHORT LINE. TWR LANDED A BIZJET THEN WE WERE CLRED TO TKOF. THE CREW WAS WELL RESTED AND AWARE OF THE ENTIRE SIT. WE FELT IN DANGER WITH NOTHING WE COULD DO. WE COULD NOT CALL A GAR FOR ACFT IN THE AIR. WE COULD NOT BACK UP. WE COULD NOT TAXI ONTO RWY. WE HAD NO CTL OF A BAD SIT.
