Narrative:
Determined cause: faulty anti-skid control box. Lear wanted the control box to be removed, as soon as possible, and replaced (testing to be done). No injury. No aircraft damage. No property damage. The landing: at first the aircraft responded normally, including the anti-skid. Upon reaching the last 1500 ft (approximately), the anti-skid system seemed to stop functioning properly to a point to where it wasn't working at all. At this point attempts to restore pressure to the brakes were made, to which no pressure was encountered. With the remaining time left (just a second or two), focus was spent on maintaining directional control (off end of runway imminent) to minimize damage. Again, no damage was encountered! The anti-skid system was tested in union city, to which further testing has to be done. To summarize, brake pressure went from good to fair to nil. Note: anti-skid fault lights remained off throughout.

Title: ANTI-SKID FAILURE AFTER LNDG. ACFT RAN OFF END OF RWY.
Narrative: DETERMINED CAUSE: FAULTY ANTI-SKID CTL BOX. LEAR WANTED THE CTL BOX TO BE REMOVED, ASAP, AND REPLACED (TESTING TO BE DONE). NO INJURY. NO ACFT DAMAGE. NO PROPERTY DAMAGE. THE LNDG: AT FIRST THE ACFT RESPONDED NORMALLY, INCLUDING THE ANTI-SKID. UPON REACHING THE LAST 1500 FT (APPROX), THE ANTI-SKID SYS SEEMED TO STOP FUNCTIONING PROPERLY TO A POINT TO WHERE IT WASN'T WORKING AT ALL. AT THIS POINT ATTEMPTS TO RESTORE PRESSURE TO THE BRAKES WERE MADE, TO WHICH NO PRESSURE WAS ENCOUNTERED. WITH THE REMAINING TIME LEFT (JUST A SECOND OR TWO), FOCUS WAS SPENT ON MAINTAINING DIRECTIONAL CTL (OFF END OF RWY IMMINENT) TO MINIMIZE DAMAGE. AGAIN, NO DAMAGE WAS ENCOUNTERED! THE ANTI-SKID SYS WAS TESTED IN UNION CITY, TO WHICH FURTHER TESTING HAS TO BE DONE. TO SUMMARIZE, BRAKE PRESSURE WENT FROM GOOD TO FAIR TO NIL. NOTE: ANTI-SKID FAULT LIGHTS REMAINED OFF THROUGHOUT.
