Narrative:
We were handed off to miami tower and couldn't get a word in to get clearance to land. We were blocked once or twice and could have had our landing clearance blocked, but I really don't think so. If the controller gave us the landing clearance, we certainly never acknowledged it. I'm not sure the tower controller was ever even aware of us being there. They didn't tell us where to turn off or to contact ground as they always do at mia. The captain and I discussed what was best to do. We were landing on runway 12 and there were operations on runway 9R and runway 9L. We decided the safest thing to do was to proceed and land as we were certain there was no traffic conflict if we were to go ahead and land but not certain that an aircraft either departing runway 9R or going around on runway 9R wouldn't create a conflict.

Title: AN ACR MDT MAY HAVE LANDED WITHOUT CLRNC.
Narrative: WE WERE HANDED OFF TO MIAMI TWR AND COULDN'T GET A WORD IN TO GET CLRNC TO LAND. WE WERE BLOCKED ONCE OR TWICE AND COULD HAVE HAD OUR LNDG CLRNC BLOCKED, BUT I REALLY DON'T THINK SO. IF THE CTLR GAVE US THE LNDG CLRNC, WE CERTAINLY NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED IT. I'M NOT SURE THE TWR CTLR WAS EVER EVEN AWARE OF US BEING THERE. THEY DIDN'T TELL US WHERE TO TURN OFF OR TO CONTACT GND AS THEY ALWAYS DO AT MIA. THE CAPT AND I DISCUSSED WHAT WAS BEST TO DO. WE WERE LNDG ON RWY 12 AND THERE WERE OPS ON RWY 9R AND RWY 9L. WE DECIDED THE SAFEST THING TO DO WAS TO PROCEED AND LAND AS WE WERE CERTAIN THERE WAS NO TFC CONFLICT IF WE WERE TO GO AHEAD AND LAND BUT NOT CERTAIN THAT AN ACFT EITHER DEPARTING RWY 9R OR GOING AROUND ON RWY 9R WOULDN'T CREATE A CONFLICT.
