Narrative:
I departed french valley airport (F70), for an aerobatic training flight. I departed on runway 36 and made right traffic while climbing to 2150 ft AGL. I was looking and listening for traffic inbound. I saw nobody and heard nobody announce in the vicinity. It took me approximately 3-4 mins to get to altitude. I did a loop with a 1/4 roll, then proceeded north, I pulled up to vertical for the hammerhead, looking out the left wing. When I got to vertical a cessna 150, 152, or 172 appeared out of the sun and haze. The aircraft passed about 500 ft south or my aircraft, at my altitude of 3500 ft MSL. My aircraft is a yellow aerobatic airplane, very easy to see in the air if you have your head and eyes out of the cockpit instead of elsewhere. I believe the cessna was on a training flight, and the student and instructor were not looking outside as they approached the airport.

Narrative: I DEPARTED FRENCH VALLEY ARPT (F70), FOR AN AEROBATIC TRAINING FLT. I DEPARTED ON RWY 36 AND MADE R TFC WHILE CLBING TO 2150 FT AGL. I WAS LOOKING AND LISTENING FOR TFC INBOUND. I SAW NOBODY AND HEARD NOBODY ANNOUNCE IN THE VICINITY. IT TOOK ME APPROX 3-4 MINS TO GET TO ALT. I DID A LOOP WITH A 1/4 ROLL, THEN PROCEEDED N, I PULLED UP TO VERT FOR THE HAMMERHEAD, LOOKING OUT THE L WING. WHEN I GOT TO VERT A CESSNA 150, 152, OR 172 APPEARED OUT OF THE SUN AND HAZE. THE ACFT PASSED ABOUT 500 FT S OR MY ACFT, AT MY ALT OF 3500 FT MSL. MY ACFT IS A YELLOW AEROBATIC AIRPLANE, VERY EASY TO SEE IN THE AIR IF YOU HAVE YOUR HEAD AND EYES OUT OF THE COCKPIT INSTEAD OF ELSEWHERE. I BELIEVE THE CESSNA WAS ON A TRAINING FLT, AND THE STUDENT AND INSTRUCTOR WERE NOT LOOKING OUTSIDE AS THEY APCHED THE ARPT.
