Narrative:
Flight started at N14 (flying west airport). Was running ahead of time and did not stop in concord, nh, for gas. Successfully landed in field (1500 ft) and after refueling continued to dexter, me. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states this was an off-airport landing. He totally ran out of fuel. Aircraft was cessna 172 and he was able to fly it out of the field. He refueled the next day. FAA has requested a ground check from him, he is scheduled soon.

Title: C172 PLT MAKES OFF ARPT LNDG WHEN ACFT RUNS OUT OF FUEL.
Narrative: FLT STARTED AT N14 (FLYING W ARPT). WAS RUNNING AHEAD OF TIME AND DID NOT STOP IN CONCORD, NH, FOR GAS. SUCCESSFULLY LANDED IN FIELD (1500 FT) AND AFTER REFUELING CONTINUED TO DEXTER, ME. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATES THIS WAS AN OFF-ARPT LNDG. HE TOTALLY RAN OUT OF FUEL. ACFT WAS CESSNA 172 AND HE WAS ABLE TO FLY IT OUT OF THE FIELD. HE REFUELED THE NEXT DAY. FAA HAS REQUESTED A GND CHK FROM HIM, HE IS SCHEDULED SOON.
