Narrative:

The cessna was on a heading of 090 degrees and I was heading 230 degrees. His white upper surfaces made him blend in with the snow cover on the ground. He first caught my eye just before he passed under me. Evasive action was not needed. Some form of high visibility markings on the upper surface of aircraft should be required on white aircraft operating in areas of snow cover.
