Narrative:
In non radar environment on airways east of florida, R763 and R514 at dribl intersection, my B767 and unknown B747 met at FL390. (B767 northbound, B747 wbound.) I received a warning on TCASII which commanded a fly up and I did so. I saw aircraft from right to left and TCASII distance was 1.75 mi. I climbed to FL395, then back to FL390 and called ATC and reported.
