Narrative:
Did not receive/hear landing clearance before landing. I was distracting myself in the cockpit by conversing with passenger and did not switch radios, but I did put in the frequency. I discovered this on short final 10-15 ft in air. I switched radios and called the tower after touchdown. Tower did not say anything and I didn't ask. Tower cleared me for normal taxiway turnoff and then to ground. No excuses. I should not have been talking with passenger and should have been concentrating on the job at hand. Remember in future.

Narrative: DID NOT RECEIVE/HEAR LNDG CLRNC BEFORE LNDG. I WAS DISTRACTING MYSELF IN THE COCKPIT BY CONVERSING WITH PAX AND DID NOT SWITCH RADIOS, BUT I DID PUT IN THE FREQ. I DISCOVERED THIS ON SHORT FINAL 10-15 FT IN AIR. I SWITCHED RADIOS AND CALLED THE TWR AFTER TOUCHDOWN. TWR DID NOT SAY ANYTHING AND I DIDN'T ASK.
