Narrative:
Departing out of lga, N90 departure control cleared us to 9000 ft originally, then called us back and cleared us to 15000 ft. Approaching 10000 ft, TCASII RA told us to descend, along with a call from ATC to turn right and descend. A plane passed to the left at 10000 ft. ATC cleared us to continue our climb to 15000 ft.
