Narrative:
I cleared C150 for takeoff on runway 30R (full length). After reviewing the d-brite for additional inbounds, BE36 called ready for takeoff at intersection F. After a brief scan of the d-brite and acknowledging 2 other aircraft, I cleared BE36 for takeoff, missing C150 on departure roll. I cleared another aircraft to land on runway 30L. At that point I noticed C150 climbing out and BE36 breaking hard on the runway. C150 veered left to avoid overflying BE36. I instructed BE36 to taxi into position and hold, and alerted the supervisor.
