Narrative:
In the climb to FL350, crew requested FL280 for a final because of winds aloft. During this process the flight attendant call bell rang. We diverted our attention to the flight attendant who asked to warm the cabin up. The altitude window was not reset to FL280. The aircraft reached FL285 before a smooth leveloff was made. The altitude window was then reset to FL280. There was no traffic in the area at the time.
