Narrative:
Flight departed msp with 3 open maintenance write-ups: 1) stuck beverage cart, 2) air phones inoperative, 3) exterior power cart in ont did not work. This is a result of fatigue (5 day trip last 2 legs) and serious attitude and morale problems due to negotiations and contract status at our airline.

Narrative: FLT DEPARTED MSP WITH 3 OPEN MAINT WRITE-UPS: 1) STUCK BEVERAGE CART, 2) AIR PHONES INOP, 3) EXTERIOR PWR CART IN ONT DID NOT WORK. THIS IS A RESULT OF FATIGUE (5 DAY TRIP LAST 2 LEGS) AND SERIOUS ATTITUDE AND MORALE PROBS DUE TO NEGOTIATIONS AND CONTRACT STATUS AT OUR AIRLINE.
